New Updates
I know it’s been a while since I last updated the blog. I am planning more site changes soon. Will update when the changes are done.
New Layout
After nearly two years, the new website is hopefully set to launch shortly. I’m looking to have a new flash driven website designed to utilize the new widescreen displays that have become the standard over the past few years.
New Online Gallery Exhibit
I am proud to announce that as of May 2009, the Shashinka Ichiban Syndicate has two new photo galleries on display on the JRM (Japan Rail Modeler’s) website. The JRM is America’s premier Japanese model railroad organization. We are very proud to have our work exhibited on their site.
Recession
I haven’t updated lately as there is not much to mention since the recssion has hit. This spring, however I am looking forward to several exciting shoots in Japan.
Website Updates
The long over due updates to the fashion page have been completed. Je mata.
Fashion Week 08
It’s been a long week, and Fashion Week 2008 is finally over. This year I shot along side fellow photographers from BCSCott Photo, and Studio C. After two long nights of shooting, total shot count exceeded over a thousand. First round sorting brought that number down to three hundred. As you might be able to pick up, this will be a very short entry as the amount of time required on post process is going to be a very long one.
Business Is Booming
With the success of Juichi, we here at the syndicate are hard at work planning for a group show this fall. Details to come as they are finalized.
Opening Day
Juichi: 11 Images From Nihon opened on Tuesday. The Frederick News-Post ran a nice article about the opening, and it should increase the draw. The reception will becatered and I will be providing sake and sushi.
